Shannon Silvestri: I've been rearranging and decorating since I was a kid. First the Barbie furniture, then my room. It's just my favourite thing to do! My lovely husband is very patient with me and extremely handy…which is a huge bonus when a new little project percolates in my head. I have four sweetie kids and a big old house that loves to get rearranged and decorated and sorted as the needs of our growing family change.

My Philosophy

You oughta love your home. It should be your favourite place to be. It should feel peaceful. But the chaos of life can sometimes pile up - quite literally - and it can seem a bit overwhelming to try to sort through the piles. What I believe is that all your possessions should have a home…from your keys to your scissors to your kids' backpacks. Once everything has a place, then maintaining your space becomes a snap.
